Return Policy
Important Update Effective January 1, 2026
As of January 1, 2026, all Ready-to-Ship (RTS) items will be final sale and no longer eligible for return or exchange. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
Returns on Eligible Orders (Placed August 1, 2025 – December 31, 2025)
As of August 1, 2025, we began accepting returns on eligible items. To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging
-Tags must be attached and intact
- Return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery
Once your return is received, it will be inspected to ensure all conditions are met. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted. If this happens, we will contact you with the option to have the item shipped back to you.
Store Credit Option
You may choose to receive store credit instead of a refund. Please let us know at the time you initiate your return.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. You may:
- Use your own shipping method
- Or request a prepaid return label from us (the cost will be deducted from your refund)
Exchanges
Because most of our pieces are custom-made through preorders, we are unable to guarantee exchanges on preorder items.

Kindle Cases
All Kindle Cases are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange. Please double-check your model and size before ordering.
