Return Policy
To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:
- Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging
- Tags must be attached and intact
- Return must be initiated within 7 days of delivery
Once your return is received, it will be inspected to ensure all conditions are met. If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Returns that do not meet these conditions cannot be accepted. If this occurs, we will contact you with the option to have the item shipped back to you.
Store Credit Option
You may choose to receive store credit instead of a refund. Please let us know when initiating your return.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. You may:
- Use your own shipping method, or
- Request a prepaid return label from us. If you choose to use our label, a flat fee of $6.99 will be deducted from your refund.
If a prepaid return label is provided, the package must show carrier movement within 7 days of the label being issued or the return may be canceled.
Exchanges
Because many of our pieces are custom-made through preorders, exchanges are not guaranteed. If you would like to request an exchange, you may email us to check availability. Please note that exchanges may require a waiting period until all orders have been shipped and inventory has been finalized.

Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
The following items are not eligible for return or exchange: blankets, bedding, headbands, bows, scrunchies, loveys, Kindle cases, holiday items, and pet items.
All Ready-to-Ship (RTS) items, warehouse sale items, and any items purchased on sale are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Buy/Sell/Trade (BST) Option
If your item is not eligible for return or exchange, or if it is outside the return window, you are welcome to use our Lolly & Laddie Buy/Sell/Trade (BST) group on Facebook. Many customers use this space to buy, sell, or trade items within the community.
