Return Policy

To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:

• Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging (clear bag)

• Tags must be attached and intact

• Return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery

Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item to make sure it meets all conditions. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

You may also choose to receive store credit instead of a refund, just let us know when you initiate your return.

Kindle Cases: These items are final sale and not eligible for return. Be sure to double-check your model and size before ordering.

Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. You can either use your own shipping method or request a prepaid return label from us. If you use our label, a flat fee of $6.99 will be deducted from your refund.

Exchanges: Because most of our items are made-to-order through preorders, we are unable to offer exchanges on preorder items. However, for ready-to-ship (RTS) items, we’re happy to offer an exchange if the item you need is available. Please email us to check availability.
