What is a pre-order?
Think of a pre-order like calling dibs on something super special before it officially drops! At Lolly & Laddie, pre-ordering means you get first access to our limited-edition, custom-designed prints that aren’t available anywhere else. We create each piece just for you, so once the pre-order window closes, we send your order to our manufacturer, who carefully crafts your cozy goodies! Since these items are made-to-order, the process can take a little longer.
Will these same prints return?
Once a print sells out, there’s no guarantee it will return, but every now and then, fan-favorite prints make a surprise comeback!
In the meantime, our Buy/Sell/Trade group on Facebook is a great place to hunt down past prints from other Lolly & Laddie fans!
Can I change my order/size/shipping address?
Here’s the scoop! Once the pre-order window closes, your order is locked in tighter than a kid holding onto their favorite blankie.
BUT — good news! If you need to update your shipping address, we can totally help with that. Just shoot us an email as soon as possible, and we’ll make sure your goodies are headed to the right place.
Do you offer wholesale?
We love that you want to spread the Lolly & Laddie magic far and wide! But right now, we’re keeping things cozy and exclusive, meaning no wholesale, just direct-to-you cuteness.
While wholesale isn’t in the cards at the moment, we’re so grateful for your interest and support!
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, ShopPay, Sezzle, AfterPay, Venmo, and Google Pay.
Shipping
Where do you ship to?
We currently only ship within the United States.
How long does shipping take?
Preorder Items:
Preorders have an estimated turnaround time of 10–12 weeks from the date the preorder closes. These items are made specially for you and take a bit longer to arrive.
Ready-to-Ship (RTS) Items:
RTS items ship within 5–7 business days. If your order includes both RTS and preorder items, we will ship everything together once the preorder is ready, unless you reach out to request separate shipping (additional fees may apply).
Do you offer shipping protection?
We highly recommend adding Route Protection at checkout. This service protects your order in case of loss, theft, or damage during transit. If you choose not to add Route, we are unable to replace or refund packages that are lost or damaged after they leave our hands.
All orders over $500 will automatically include USPS signature confirmation. This step is required to ensure your package arrives safely.
My item was marked delivered, but I can't find it. What should I do?
Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered a little early, and they may show up within 24–48 hours. In the meantime, here are a few things you can try:
Double-check your delivery address in your order confirmation.
Look around your property (porch, garage, back door, etc.) or check with neighbors to see if it was misdelivered.
Check with household members to see if someone else brought it inside.
Contact your local post office or carrier — they may have more details on the delivery location.
If your package still hasn’t turned up after 48 hours, please reach out to us and we’ll be happy to try and help!
Returns
How do I return an item?
To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:
Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging
Tags must be attached and intact
Return must be initiated within 14 days of delivery
Once we receive your return, we’ll inspect the item to make sure it meets all conditions. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
Returns that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted. In that case, we’ll reach out and give you the option to have the item shipped back to you.
You may also choose to receive store credit instead of a refund, just let us know when you initiate your return.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. You can either use your own shipping method or request a prepaid return label from us. If you use our label, the shipping fee will be deducted from your refund.
Can I exchange for a different item?
Because most of our items are made-to-order through preorders, we are unable to offer exchanges on preorder items. However, for ready-to-ship (RTS) items, we’re happy to offer an exchange if the item you need is available. Please email us to check availability.

Mockup Disclamer
Here’s the scoop: We use fancy mockups AKA computer-generated images, to give you a sneak peek of how your Lolly & Laddie goodies will look in real life.
But while we work super hard to make those mockups as accurate as possible, the actual product might have slight differences in design placement, size, or color.
Rest assured, every piece is crafted with love, care, and attention to detail, so while there may be small variations, we promise they’ll be just as adorable (if not more so!) as you imagined!
Inspired/Derivative Designs
Designs like ours are created with the intention of celebrating what people love in a way that’s unique and different from the original source, making them transformative rather than a direct copy. Many small businesses use this approach to offer creative and inspired designs without infringing on intellectual property.
We work closely with a legal team that guides us to ensure we stay compliant with intellectual property laws. We take great care to ensure our designs respect the boundaries of copyright while still offering something fun, stylish, and meaningful for our customers. Pre-Order Terms & Conditions
Preorders are advance purchases on items that are currently in production and will ship at a future date. This is a great way to secure your favorite styles before they go live on the site, so there is no risk of missing out.
Each preorder collection will list an estimated turnaround time. For most preorders, this is 10–12 weeks from the date the preorder closes. These timelines are estimates, and while we do our best to stay on schedule, delays can happen due to manufacturing, shipping, customs, or other unexpected factors.
Before placing a preorder, please review the details below:
Payment is due at checkout. All preorder sales are charged upfront to secure your items.
No cancellations or exchanges are allowed once your order is placed. Because these items are made to order just for you, all sales are final.
We cannot guarantee a specific ship date, but we’ll ship your order as soon as it’s ready.
If your items arrive later than expected (past the 12-week window), it may be due to factors beyond our control such as supplier delays, shipping disruptions, or customs holds.
If your order has not shipped after 12 full weeks, you are welcome to contact us to cancel for either a full refund or 110% store credit.
If you’re not comfortable with the wait, please do not place a preorder.
By placing a preorder, you agree to these terms.
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. At that point, USPS takes over. We are not responsible for delays or issues in transit. If you experience problems with delivery, we recommend contacting USPS directly.
