What is a pre-order?

Think of a pre-order like calling dibs on something super special before it officially drops! 🛒 At Lolly & Laddie, pre-ordering means you get first access to our limited-edition, custom-designed prints that aren’t available anywhere else. We create each piece just for you, so once the pre-order window closes, we send your order to our manufacturer, who carefully crafts your cozy goodies!

Since these items are made-to-order, the process can take a little longer (hello, exclusivity!), but trust us—it’s worth the wait. You’ll be one of the first to snag something totally unique that your little ones (and you!) will LOVE!

Why do I have to wait so long to receive my order?

Great question! Think of it like baking a custom cake—perfection takes time! 🎂 At Lolly & Laddie, when you place a pre-order, your items aren’t sitting on a shelf—they’re made just for you. Once the pre-order window closes, we send the designs off to our manufacturer, who carefully crafts each cozy piece to ensure top-notch quality.

It’s a little like waiting for your favorite show to drop a new season—you’ve gotta be patient, but when it finally arrives, it’s SO worth it! Plus, this process allows us to offer you unique, limited-edition prints you won’t find anywhere else.

"I've placed an order and I am still waiting to receive it. What should I do?"

We always recommend reaching out to us via email to check on the status of your order. We never want any customer to feel unsure or not “in the know” regarding their order. We understand this is people’s hard-earned money, and we take that very seriously. We also post lots of order updates in our VIP group on Facebook, “Lolly & Laddie VIP.” Additionally, be sure to check the Preorder Updates tab on our website for the latest updates on preorder shipments. Will these same prints return?

Ah, the age-old question! Think of our prints like shooting stars—rare, magical, and here for a limited time! 🌠 Once a print sells out, there’s no guarantee it will return, but every now and then, fan-favorite prints make a surprise comeback! 👀✨

If you’ve got your heart set on a certain design, don’t wait—snag it while you can! And if it’s already gone, keep an eye on our updates, because you never know when one of your faves might reappear for an encore performance.

Why do some prints not have faces?

Our prints do not include faces to ensure they remain inspired by rather than direct reproductions of any characters, scenes, or trademarks. This is an important distinction when it comes to copyright law.

Copyright protects original creative works. If we were to use exact facial features, it could infringe on the rights of the original creators and owners. Instead, our designs are derivative in nature, meaning they are inspired by beloved themes, colors, and elements that evoke nostalgia and appreciation without copying copyrighted material directly.

Do you offer returns/exchanges?

Short answer: Nope, we don’t! But here’s why…

Since all of our items are made-to-order during pre-orders, we aren’t able to offer returns or exchanges. Think of it like ordering a custom-made pizza—you picked your toppings, it was made fresh just for you, and now it’s yours to enjoy! 🍕✨

But don’t worry—if something doesn’t work out, we’ve got your back! You can head over to our Buy/Sell/Trade group on Facebook, where other Lolly & Laddie fans love swapping and snagging prints. It’s a great way to find what you’re looking for and give your goodies a second chance at love!

Can I change my order/size/shipping address?

Here’s the scoop! Once the pre-order window closes, your order is locked in tighter than a kid holding onto their favorite blankie. 😅 That means we can’t change the items or sizes, since everything is made just for you!

BUT—good news! If you need to update your shipping address, we can totally help with that. Just shoot us an email as soon as possible, and we’ll make sure your goodies are headed to the right place. 🚚✨

Do you offer wholesale?

We love that you want to spread the Lolly & Laddie magic far and wide! 🩷✨ But right now, we’re keeping things cozy and exclusive—meaning no wholesale, just direct-to-you cuteness. Since our items are made-to-order in small, limited batches, we focus on creating unique, high-quality designs for our awesome Lolly & Laddie community (that’s YOU!). 🌈

While wholesale isn’t in the cards at the moment, we’re so grateful for your interest and support! Keep an eye on our updates—who knows what the future might bring? 😉

Do you ship internationally?

As much as we’d love to send Lolly & Laddie goodies around the globe, for now, we’re keeping our shipments stateside. 🇺🇸 Our cozy creations are currently only available in the U.S.

We’re not ruling out international shipping forever, though—who knows, maybe one day we’ll be sending snuggles to every corner of the world! 🌟 Until then, if you have a U.S.-based friend or family member who can help, feel free to ship your order to them!

What fabrics do you use?

Oh, we’re so glad you asked—because our fabrics are the secret sauce behind all that Lolly & Laddie coziness! 🩷 We use super soft, buttery-smooth bamboo viscose, which feels like wrapping yourself in a cloud. ☁️✨ It’s perfect for sensitive skin, keeps kiddos and adults cool in the summer and warm in the winter, and is stretchy enough for all those wiggly, giggly moments!

Basically, it’s the fabric dreams are made of—snuggly, breathable, and designed to keep you and your little ones comfy from playtime to bedtime. 🛏️💫 Once you try it, you’ll never want to go back!

What are the laundry care instructions?

Ah, the million-dollar question—how do you keep your Lolly & Laddie goodies as soft and snuggly as the day they arrived? It’s easy peasy! 🍋

Here’s the magic formula:

1. Wash cold—because bamboo likes to chill. ❄️

2. Gentle cycle—treat your pieces like the VIPs they are. 💎

3. Lay flat or hang to dry—skip the dryer and let them air out naturally. 🌬️ (But if you’re in a rush, tumble dry low works in a pinch—just keep it cool!)

4. No bleach, no fabric softeners—these cuties don’t need anything extra to stay super soft! ✨

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, ShopPay, Sezzle, AfterPay, Venmo, and Google Pay.

Mockup Disclamer

Here’s the scoop: We use fancy mockups—computer-generated images—to give you a sneak peek of how your Lolly & Laddie goodies will look in real life. Think of them as digital previews, designed to give you the vibe of the final product! 🎨👕

But while we work super hard to make those mockups as accurate as possible, the actual product might have slight differences in design placement, size, or color. Why? Because things like digital printing technology and your device’s display settings can make colors look a bit different IRL. 🌈✨

Rest assured, every piece is crafted with love, care, and attention to detail, so while there may be small variations, we promise they’ll be just as adorable (if not more so!) as you imagined! 🩷

Inspired/Derivative Designs

Our prints are not officially licensed because they fall under the category of inspired or derivative designs. This means that while it draws inspiration from popular themes, shows, or movies, it is an original creation that does not directly replicate copyrighted material.

Designs like ours are created with the intention of celebrating what people love in a way that’s unique and different from the original source, making them transformative rather than a direct copy. Because of this distinction, licensing isn’t required. Many small businesses use this approach to offer creative and inspired designs without infringing on intellectual property.

We work closely with a legal team that guides us to ensure we stay compliant with intellectual property laws. We take great care to ensure our designs respect the boundaries of copyright while still offering something fun, stylish, and meaningful for our customers. Pre-Order Terms & Conditions

Pre-orders are advance purchases made on new merchandise that is scheduled to be shipped at a future date. They are a great way to guarantee that an item will not be sold out upon arrival to our Website. Each collection or item available for pre-order will have its own specific shipping date. These dates are not guaranteed, but we will do our best to update our site with any changes.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS ARE NOT ON HAND AND THEREFORE, WE ESTIMATE AROUND 10-12 WEEKS TO RECEIVE THE ITEMS.

BEFORE ORDERING, PLEASE READ THE RULES & REGULATIONS BELOW:

1. Pre-orders require payment to be made at checkout. 

2. Please note that due to the nature of pre-order items, we will not be accepting cancellations. Cancellation of orders is not allowed once the “Order Form” has been submitted and paid nor could it be exchanged for other items. All pre-orders made are considered as sold.

3.  We cannot estimate or guarantee a specific ship date so we cannot guarantee products will be available in 12 weeks. We will ship orders the moment they are available.

4.Sometimes the ordered items will arrive later than 12 weeks due to several factors (eg: natural disasters, customs, manufacturing delays, etc.)

5. Please do not order if you are unable to wait. 

6. Once you place an order with us, it means that you are willing to accept these terms & conditions.

7. Pre-orders are non-transferable. All orders made shall ship directly to the person and address specified in the order form. We will not entertain such requests to protect the privacy and security of our customers.

8. Once the products have landed and been received by our team, you will then be informed via email and our social media platforms. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive to you once it has left our hands. Once your package is picked up by USPS from our Nashville facility, you will receive a tracking number. However, please note that we are not liable for any delays or issues experienced in-transit. If you do have problems receiving your package once it has left our facility, please reach out to us in the contact section of our site and contact your local USPS.

Shipping & Return Policies

Return/Refunds: Pre-order items are non-refundable/exchangeable as those are ordered only based on what customers purchase. With that being said, please make sure to double check your cart before placing your order to make sure you have the right size and style. We always recommend sizing up if you are unsure on what size to order.

Shipping: All items on our site are currently available for pre-order. Orders will ship within 10-12 weeks after the pre-order phase ends. There is always the possibility that the ordered items will arrive later than 12 weeks due to several factors (eg: natural disasters, customs, manufacturing delays, etc.)

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive to you. Once your package is picked up by the postal company from our Nashville facility, you will receive a tracking number. However, please note that we are not liable for any delays experienced in-transit. If you do have problems receiving your package once it has left our facility, please reach out to us in the contact section of our site.
