What is Lolly & Laddie?

Lolly & Laddie Boutique is a family-run brand creating cozy, nostalgic, and thoughtfully designed pieces for littles, parents, and everyone in between. We’re all about combining comfort, quality, and designs that feel meaningful and fun. Click here to learn more!

What is a pre-order?

Think of a preorder as reserving something special before it officially launches! It gives you first access to our limited-edition, custom-designed prints. Once the preorder closes, your items are sent into production and made just for you. Because everything is made-to-order, the process can take a little longer.

Will these same prints return?

Our prints are designed to be special and limited, so they’re not guaranteed to return once the preorder closes. Every once in a while, we may bring back a favorite, but it’s never guaranteed 🤍
In the meantime, our Buy/Sell/Trade group on Facebook is a great place to hunt down past prints from other Lolly & Laddie fans!

Can I change my order/size/shipping address?

Once an order is placed, we are unable to guarantee changes to items, sizes, or shipping details. If you need to request an update, please reach out to us as soon as possible and we’ll do our best to help—but changes are not guaranteed.

Do you offer wholesale?

We love that you want to spread the Lolly & Laddie magic far and wide! But right now, we’re keeping things cozy and exclusive, meaning no wholesale, just direct-to-you cuteness.
While wholesale isn’t in the cards at the moment, we’re so grateful for your interest and support!

Do you have a VIP group?

Yes! Our VIP group on Facebook is where you’ll see sneak peeks, early announcements, and all the fun behind the scenes. We’d love to have you join us!

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, ShopPay, Sezzle, AfterPay, Venmo, and Google Pay.

How long does shipping take?

Preorder Items:
Preorders have an estimated turnaround time of 10–12 weeks (unless specified otherwise) from the date the preorder closes. These items are made specially for you and take a bit longer to arrive.
Ready-to-Ship (RTS) Items:
RTS items ship within 5–7 business days. If your order includes both RTS and preorder items, we will ship everything together once the preorder is ready, unless you reach out to request separate shipping (additional fees may apply).

Do you offer shipping protection?

We highly recommend adding Route Protection at checkout. This service protects your order in case of loss, theft, or damage during transit. If you choose not to add Route, we are unable to replace or refund packages that are lost or damaged after they leave our hands.
All orders over $500 (before discounts) will automatically include USPS signature confirmation. This step is required to ensure your package arrives safely.

My item was marked delivered, but I can't find it. What should I do?

Sometimes carriers mark packages as delivered a little early, and they may still show up within 24–48 hours. In the meantime, here are a few things we recommend checking:
  • Double-check your shipping address in your order confirmation
  • Look around your property (porch, garage, back door, etc.) or check with neighbors in case it was misdelivered
  • Ask household members to see if someone else brought it inside
  • Reach out to your local post office or carrier for more details on the delivery
If your package still hasn’t shown up after 48 hours, please reach out to us and we’ll do our best to help!

INTERNATIONAL

Do you offer international shipping?

Yes! We currently ship to Canada, the United Kingdom, Ireland, and Australia.
International shipping options from USPS are shown at checkout and are calculated in real time based on package weight, dimensions, and destination.

How long does international shipping take?

Delivery typically ranges from 7–21 business days after your order ships. All orders ship from the United States, and prices display in your local currency at checkout.

Will I have to pay duties or customs fees?

Possibly. We do not collect international taxes or duties at checkout. Any VAT, GST, duties, or import fees are set by your home country and may be collected at delivery. These fees are the responsibility of the customer.

Do you accept returns on international orders?

International orders are final sale. Due to high shipping costs, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges on international shipments.

SAFETY & COMPLIANCE

What fabrics are your products made of?

Our fabric is made from 95% viscose from bamboo and 5% spandex, with a weight of 220 GSM. It is OEKO-TEX® Standard 100 certified to ensure it’s free from harmful substances.

What exactly is "viscose derived from bamboo?"

Viscose derived from bamboo is a fabric made from bamboo plants. The bamboo is broken down into a soft pulp and then spun into fibers, creating that signature smooth, breathable feel. It’s incredibly soft, lightweight, and stretchy, making it comfortable for year-round wear and especially gentle on sensitive skin.
At Lolly & Laddie Boutique, we use viscose made from natural bamboo pulp, with fibers that are spun-dyed using pigments instead of harsh chemical dyes, and sourced from manufacturers who prioritize safe, responsible production.

Is bamboo viscose eco-friendly?

Bamboo is a renewable resource, and bamboo viscose is made by processing bamboo into soft, wearable fibers. Like many textiles, this process involves manufacturing. At Lolly & Laddie Boutique, we work with manufacturers who prioritize safe and responsible production practices.

Are your products OEKO-TEX® Certified?

Our fabrics are produced using materials from OEKO-TEX® certified suppliers, meaning they meet established standards for testing against harmful substances.

Do you use any flame retardant chemicals?

No, we do not add flame retardant chemicals to our products. Our items are designed to meet applicable safety standards without the use of added flame retardants.

What is the yellow tag on the pajamas, what does “snug fit” mean, and why does it matter?

The yellow tag is a safety label required on children’s sleepwear. It lets you know that the garment is designed to fit snugly and is not treated with flame retardant chemicals.
“Snug fit” means the pajamas are made to fit close to the body rather than loose or baggy. This is important because tighter-fitting sleepwear is considered safer, as it is less likely to catch fire compared to loose-fitting garments.
Because of this, children’s pajamas are required to either be snug-fitting or treated with flame retardants. Our sleepwear is designed to be snug-fitting, so no flame retardant chemicals are added.

CPSC Tested & Compliant Children’s Sleepwear

All of our children’s sleepwear is thoughtfully designed to meet CPSC (Consumer Product Safety Commission) guidelines.
Our pieces are made with a snug fit and without added flame retardants, and we work with trusted partners to ensure everything is properly tested, labeled, and tracked.
We also keep all required safety documentation and testing up to date.

Returns

How do I return an item?

We accept returns on eligible items within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, in original packaging, and have tags attached.
All preorder items are final sale and not eligible for return or exchange.
Customers are responsible for return shipping. Refunds are issued to the original payment method once approved, or you may choose store credit.

Which items are not eligible for return or exchange?

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange: blankets, bedding, headbands, bows, Kindle cases, holiday items, and pet items.

Can I exchange for a different item?

Because many of our items are made-to-order through preorders, exchanges are not guaranteed.
We’re happy to check availability for both preorder and ready-to-ship (RTS) items, but availability will vary.
For preorder items, we fulfill all original orders first, so exchanges can only be reviewed after shipments are complete and inventory is finalized.
We recommend reaching out as soon as possible so we can note your request and assist when inventory becomes available.

Preorder items are made-to-order and have extended turnaround times. By placing a preorder, you acknowledge and accept the estimated timeline, as well as the possibility of delays due to factors outside of our control.

Shipping & Delivery

Please ensure your shipping information is correct at checkout.
Once your order ships, it is handled by the carrier. We are not responsible for delays, lost, stolen, or damaged packages during transit. If you have an issue with delivery, we recommend contacting USPS or filing a claim at www.usps.com/help/claims.htm.
For added protection, we offer Route Package Protection at checkout, which covers your order in the event of loss, theft, or damage. If Route is not selected, we are unable to replace or refund packages once shipped.

Product Details & Variations

We do our best to represent our products as accurately as possible.
We use mockups (computer-generated images) to preview designs, but the final product may have slight variations in color, design placement, scale, or pattern alignment.
Colors may also appear slightly different depending on your screen settings or lighting.
Each piece is unique, and these variations are a normal part of the production process and are not considered defects.

Product, Fit, Care & Manufacturing

Our products are thoughtfully designed with comfort and quality in mind. Due to the nature of our fabrics and manufacturing process, slight variations in fit, sizing, softness, thickness, and stretch may occur between styles and batches.
To maintain the quality of your items, please follow all care instructions. Normal wear and washing may result in slight fading, pilling, or changes in texture over time. These differences are expected and are not considered defects.

Sleepwear Safety

Our children’s sleepwear is designed to meet applicable safety guidelines, including those set by the CPSC (Consumer Product Safety Commission), along with other relevant regulatory standards.
Please ensure proper sizing and use items as intended.

Our designs are created to capture the spirit of what people love in a way that feels fresh, unique, and original to Lolly & Laddie. While some designs may be considered derivative in nature, they are thoughtfully developed and are not direct copies of any specific source material.
We work with legal guidance to help ensure we remain compliant with applicable intellectual property laws and take this responsibility seriously.

Pricing, Promotions & Availability

We do our best to keep all pricing, product details, and inventory accurate, but occasional errors may occur. We reserve the right to correct any inaccuracies, update listings, or cancel/adjust orders as needed.
Inventory is not reserved until checkout is completed, and in rare cases, items may become unavailable after purchase. If this happens, we will notify you and issue a refund or offer store credit.
Promotions and discount codes may have limitations and typically cannot be combined unless otherwise stated.
