What is a pre-order?

Pre-order items are those that are ordered with the knowledge that they will ship at a later date. Pre-order items are made to order and will be shipped during the extended shipping period that is indicated on the product page. Items on preorder will be shipped as soon as they are available.

Why do I have to wait so long to receive my order?

The items in our collection are exclusive and made-to-order. For this reason, the manufacturing process requires several production and processing steps. The production sequence is linear, although mistakes may occur.

In the unlikely event of a delay, a customer care representative will get in contact with you as soon as possible.

"I've placed an order and I am still waiting to receive it. What should I do?"

We always recommend reaching out to us via email to check on the status of your order. We never want any customer to feel unsure or not "in the know" regarding their order. We understand this is people's hard earned money and we take that very seriously. We also post lots of order updates in our VIP group on Facebook. It is called "Lolly & Laddie VIP." Will these same prints return?

Our prints cycle out each preorder so we cannot guarantee the return of any specific print.

Do you offer returns/exchanges?

Due to the nature of preorders, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges. However, we have an Official Lolly & Laddie BST group on Facebook where you can buy, sell, and trade all L&L items.

Can I change my order/size/shipping address?

We can make changes to your order including styles, prints, sizes, and quantities DURING the specific preorder period in which the item or items were placed. Once the preorder period has ended, we unfortunately cannot make any further changes to your order.

We can update your shipping address for you at any time up until the 6 week mark of the TAT, but we recommended updating as soon as you can to avoid delivery issues.

Do you offer wholesale?

We do not currently offer wholesale, however we plan to in the future. If you would like to be added to our list to contact when that time comes, please submit an inquiry on our contact page including your contact information, store name, & what item or items you are interested in.

Do you ship internationally?

We do not offer international shipping at this time, but we hope to in the future!

What fabrics do you use?

All of our products are made with a very soft and stretchy fabric derived from 95% bamboo and 5% spandex.

What are the laundry care instructions?

We recommend turning the garment inside out or placing it inside a wash bag. Be sure to use a gentle, eco-friendly detergent and wash in cold water on a gentle/delicate cycle. Avoid using any bleach or fabric softener. NEVER dry bamboo material in high heat setting as this will shrink it. We recommend letting them air dry.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept all major credit cards, ShopPay, Sezzle, AfterPay, Venmo, and Google Pay.

Mockup Disclamer

We use mockups to give you a general idea of how the actual products look like. Mockups are computer-generated images of our items that show what the final product will actually look like in real life. These visual depictions are not exact, despite our best efforts to make them resemble the actual thing as much as possible. The actual product may differ slightly from the digital image in terms of the location and size of the designs. Furthermore, the real product's color may differ slightly from the mockups due to digital printing technology and display settings on your device.

Pre-Order Terms & Conditions

Pre-orders are advance purchases made on new merchandise that is scheduled to be shipped at a future date. They are a great way to guarantee that an item will not be sold out upon arrival to our Website. Each collection or item available for pre-order will have its own specific shipping date. These dates are not guaranteed, but we will do our best to update our site with any changes.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS ARE NOT ON HAND AND THEREFORE, WE ESTIMATE AROUND 10-12 WEEKS TO RECEIVE THE ITEMS.

BEFORE ORDERING, PLEASE READ THE RULES & REGULATIONS BELOW:

1. Pre-orders require payment to be made at checkout. 

2. Please note that due to the nature of pre-order items, we will not be accepting cancellations. Cancellation of orders is not allowed once the “Order Form” has been submitted and paid nor could it be exchanged for other items. All pre-orders made are considered as sold.

3.  We cannot estimate or guarantee a specific ship date so we cannot guarantee products will be available in 12 weeks. We will ship orders the moment they are available.

4.Sometimes the ordered items will arrive later than 12 weeks due to several factors (eg: natural disasters, customs, manufacturing delays, etc.)

5. Please do not order if you are unable to wait. 

6. Once you place an order with us, it means that you are willing to accept these terms & conditions.

7. Pre-orders are non-transferable. All orders made shall ship directly to the person and address specified in the order form. We will not entertain such requests to protect the privacy and security of our customers.

8. Once the products have landed and been received by our team, you will then be informed via email and our social media platforms. We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive to you once it has left our hands. Once your package is picked up by USPS from our Nashville facility, you will receive a tracking number. However, please note that we are not liable for any delays or issues experienced in-transit. If you do have problems receiving your package once it has left our facility, please reach out to us in the contact section of our site and contact your local USPS.

Shipping & Return Policies

Return/Refunds: Pre-order items are non-refundable/exchangeable as those are ordered only based on what customers purchase. With that being said, please make sure to double check your cart before placing your order to make sure you have the right size and style. We always recommend sizing up if you are unsure on what size to order.

Shipping: All items on our site are currently available for pre-order. Orders will ship within 10-12 weeks after the pre-order phase ends. There is always the possibility that the ordered items will arrive later than 12 weeks due to several factors (eg: natural disasters, customs, manufacturing delays, etc.)

We cannot guarantee when an order will arrive to you. Once your package is picked up by the postal company from our Nashville facility, you will receive a tracking number. However, please note that we are not liable for any delays experienced in-transit. If you do have problems receiving your package once it has left our facility, please reach out to us in the contact section of our site.
