It all started in our guest bedroom. Just me, a few shelves, and a stack of pajamas waiting to be packed. I remember sitting on the floor surrounded by tissue paper and mailers, hoping people would love what I was creating. Those early days were filled with excitement, late nights, and a whole lot of learning.
It didn’t take long for that little room to overflow. Boxes started creeping into the hallway, and soon the dining room became our new packing station. Friends, family, and even neighbors would stop by to help. We’d crowd around the dining table, laughing, labeling, and double-checking sizes. It wasn’t glamorous, but it was ours.
Then came the garage. What was once meant for cars and storage turned into a mini warehouse almost overnight. We made more trips to Lowe’s than I can count, picking up shelving units, folding tables, and anything else to make it work.
But Lolly & Laddie kept growing. And with that growth came the need for more space again. So we took a leap and rented another house, one that became lovingly known as the L&L House. We decorated it pink, added cozy touches, and filled it to the brim with pajamas. It became more than just a workspace; it was where ideas came to life, orders were packed with love, and friendships were built.
Before long, though, even that house started to feel small. The dream had outgrown the walls once again.
And now, here we are, in our very own warehouse. A space filled with desks, rows of pajamas, and more love than ever. Every corner tells a piece of our story, from that first guest bedroom order to the rows of boxes ready to ship out today.
We’ve come a long way, but none of it happened alone. Our friends, family, and incredible L&L community have been there every step of the way, cheering, helping, and believing.
